Shipment: times and costs

For each article the unitary price is expressed in EURO (€), VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive and net of shipment costs.
Shipment costs vary according to the type of shipment, the number of articles, volume, weight and destination. The actual cost will be indicated during the purchasing procedure.

All of the products available from the e-shop are physically available. If there are any delays in delivering an article, the customer will be promptly informed via email. This includes such cases as when a product is temporarily unavailable.

Shop by Calicantus S.r.l. delivers across the world. However, it is possible that in certain cases customs restrictions will make it impossible to deliver an article. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed and will subsequently be reimbursed.

All the articles ordered by a customer and confirmed by Shop by Calicantus S.r.l. will be sent using express courrier (national and international) to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Products will only be sent once Shop by Calicantus S.r.l. has registered and confirmed the payment.

In the European Union, it takes 3 or 4 working days from the shipment date.
To deliver articles outside of the EU, the average time is 4 to 5 working days from the shipment date.
