It is an online shopping site where you can buy high quality products branded Air Dolomiti, including models, travel accessories, gift ideas and much more!

5. How do I register?
If you decide to confirm a purchase, then you need to supply the required personal details. You will automatically be emailed your password once you have registered. You can change the password you are sent.

The information that you supply is only used to ensure the correct execution of the order.

7. How are items delivered?
The items are sent by express courier (national or international) to the indicated delivery address. You will be asked to pay a certain amount towards the delivery cost, which will be made clear for the delivery country when you 'confirm your order'.
The items will only be sent once the payment has been registered and confirmed for Shop by Calicantus S.r.l.

8. How long does it take to receive an item?
In Italy, items are delivered within 3 or 4 working days from the shipment date. In the European Union, it takes 5 or 6 working days from the shipment date. Outside of the EU, the average delivery time is 7 to 8 working days from the shipment date. Items are sent from Monday to Friday. You will be notified by email should there be any changes to what is outlined above.

Yes, Shop by Calicantus S.r.l. does give retailers discounts, in proportion to the overall amount they purchase.

It is a purely online shop.

17. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, provided you cancel it before it is dispatched. The actual payment is only charged when the item is dispatched.

18. If I am not happy with the item I receive, can I return it?
Yes, you can return the item, without providing any reason, within 10 working days from the time when the order is actually received.
The decision to return an item can be communicated by fax or email. The costs involved in returning the item are your responsibility.
